How to read the payback

Measure the upgrade honestly: note your income, buy it, note your income again, and subtract to get the hourly gain. Enter that, the price and your daily hours.

The tool returns the extra coins per day, the payback in days, and the same figure in played hours. If you play irregular hours, the hour figure is the more stable one.

Why offline earning is excluded

A logged-out window can add coins, but the offline share is not published and must be measured by you. Leaving it out keeps the payback conservative rather than optimistic.

The tool also does not rank upgrades against each other. It converts one price and one measured gain into time, and the comparison across upgrades stays your call.

Formula & limits

Extra per dayhourly gain × daily play hours
Payback in hoursupgrade price ÷ hourly gain
Payback in daysupgrade price ÷ extra per day

The gain must be your own before-and-after measurement, because no official source publishes upgrade effects. Offline earning is excluded, so the payback shown is the conservative one.

FAQ

Where does the income gain come from?

From your own before-and-after reading: note your income, buy the upgrade, note it again, and subtract. Official sources publish no upgrade effect table.

Does the payback include offline earning?

No. It only uses the online hours you enter. If your pets keep earning while you are away, the real payback is shorter, and only your own measurement can say by how much.

Why is there no suggested upgrade to buy?

Because the site does not publish upgrade prices or effects. Enter the price your server shows and the gain you measured; the arithmetic stays yours.

Can this cover several upgrades at once?

It covers one at a time. For a chain, run the calculator per upgrade and compare the payback days, since each one changes your income baseline.
