SPEED GOAL · YOUR MEASURED GAIN
Steal An Egg Speed Goal Planner: Sessions To Your Target
Use the Speed gain you measured over one training block, name your target, and read the gap plus the number of blocks and hours it implies.
Speed goal inputs
Enter the Speed your interface shows, the gain you measured across one training block, your target, and how long one block takes.
How to build the plan
Measure one training block honestly: note your Speed before and after a known session, and subtract. Enter that gain, the Speed you have now, and the target you chose.
The tool returns the remaining gap, how many blocks it takes at that gain, and the total time if you entered the minutes per block. Treat the result as a planning figure, not a promise.
Why you should re-measure
A single gain measurement is a sample. Trainer output can change with upgrades, event windows or update tuning, so a figure that held last week may not hold next week.
Re-measure after a few sessions and enter the new value. The planner always uses whatever is in the field, so a fresher number simply replaces the old one.
Formula & limits
The planner divides your measured gain into your own target. No official source publishes Speed thresholds, and the tool never assumes the gain stays constant as Speed rises.
FAQ
Where do the Speed numbers come from?+
From your own readings. Enter the Speed your interface shows now, the increase you measured across one training block, and the target you are working towards.
Does the official source publish Speed thresholds?+
No. No verified source lists biome Speed gates, so this planner never suggests a target for you. The target is whatever you decide to type.
Does the gain stay the same at higher Speed?+
Unknown, and the tool does not assume it does. If your measured gain falls as you progress, re-enter the smaller figure rather than trusting the first reading.
Can I plan around treadmill time instead of blocks?+
Yes. Enter the minutes one block takes and the planner converts the block count into an estimated total time.
